  • I provide telehealth sessions in both Oregon and Arizona at this time.

  • Similar to in-person medication management! You will receive session reminders, as well as a link before your appointment.

  • At this time we do not provide in-person services.

  • Out of pocket fees at $250 for an initial intake and $150 for follow up appointments.

    In the state of Arizona, Cigna and Aetna insurance is accepted.

    In Oregon, BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna are accepted.

  • In your first appointment we will review your psychiatric and medical history. We will explore your symptoms and work together to prioritize your goals.

  • While we are making medication changes, it is required that you be seen monthly. Once we have found a good regimen, you may be seen every 1-3 months.

  • We do not prescribe any controlled substances at this time as in-person monitoring is not available. Please reach out if you have any questions on the specifics of this policy.

  • We do not provide refills between appointments. We will send refills only during your scheduled appointment time.
